Abstract

The research explores the internalization of the PECHT values (Prolife, Empowering, Compassion, Honesty, and Trust) by teachers within Yayasan Seri Amal (YSA) and their relationship as a model of IMAGO DEI spirituality. The study aims to ensure that these values, which reflect the founders' spirituality, are effectively embedded in the curriculum of YSA Catholic schools. Data analysis shows that the instrument used is valid and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha: 0.967) with non-normally distributed data (Asymp. Sig. 0.000). At the time of the research, all teachers exhibited a consistent level of PECHT values internalization, supported by significant results from the one-sample t-test and Spearman test (Sig. 0.000). The Spearman Rank Correlation revealed very strong positive correlations among the five values (coefficients ranging from 0.76 to 0.99), indicating that these values are highly interrelated and mutually reinforcing. The findings suggest that as one value increases, the others do as well, demonstrating that these values fluidly intermingle, strongly influencing one another in the internalization of IMAGO DEI spirituality.
