Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of the global diversity dimension within the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) at the elementary school level under the Merdeka Curriculum. This dimension plays a strategic role in shaping students to become inclusive, culturally aware individuals with strong national identity in the face of increasing global interconnectivity. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was employed using the PRISMA approach, identifying 10 relevant studies published between 2020 and 2025. Findings reveal that the implementation of the global diversity dimension can be effectively carried out through intracurricular, extracurricular, and co-curricular activities that are contextual and collaborative in nature. Key supporting factors include intensive teacher training, the integration of local cultural values, and community involvement. However, several challenges persist, such as limited teacher understanding, technical constraints, and inadequate infrastructure. This research concludes that adaptive implementation strategies and supportive policy frameworks are essential to ensuring that P5 can effectively serve as a tool for character education and for preparing Indonesian students to become globally competent citizens.
