Abstract

The development of information technology that occurs today makes everything easier because of the existence of a website that can be used in the administrative process. The service of a digital-based archival information system or website needs to be measured or evaluated to identify the quality of the website that has been used. In this study, the quality of the Digital Archive Information System called SIARDI website was measured using the WebQual 4.0 method which is an indicator used as a basis for assessing website quality based on user perception. This study has a population, namely employees or archivists at Universitas Negeri Semarang with the sampling technique used, namely purposive sampling so that 57 employees are counted. The research method uses an action research method with collection or through an online questionnaire. This research was conducted to describe the quality of the SIARDI website used by employees to facilitate archive management activities. The findings of this study based on four aspects (usefulness, ease of use, entertainment, and complementary relationship) are in a good category. Thus, SIARDI used in the administrative process at Unnes is of good quality but needs to be improved so that it can function better.
