Management of Fulfillment of Sources of Allocation of Education Financing at SMP Negeri 14 Semarang

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of fulfillment of sources of allocation of education financing in SMP Negeri 14 Semarang. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the management of fulfilling the source of allocation of education financing at SMP Negeri 14 Semarang was not optimal. This can be seen from several indicators, namely: (1) Education financing planning has not been integrated with the School Strategic Plan (RPS). (2) The realization of the education budget has not been in accordance with the plan. (3) The use of BOS funds has not been maximized. (4) The development of other sources of funds has not been optimal. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that several improvements need to be made in the management of fulfilling the source of allocation of education financing at SMP Negeri 14 Semarang. Improvements that need to be made include: (1) Making education financing plans that are integrated with RPS. (2) Increase the realization of the education budget. (3) Maximize the use of BOS funds. (4) Develop other sources of funds optimally. By making these improvements, it is hoped that the management of fulfilling the source of allocation of education financing at SMP Negeri 14 Semarang can be more optimal and effective in supporting the implementation of quality education.
