Abstract

Innovative work behavior enhances goal setting resulting from interactions between workers, groups, and organizational processes as an excellent management practice. By using quantitative methodology and causality research design, this research seeks to determine the influence of team learning and knowledge sharing on teachers' innovative work behavior at SHS Negeri 8 Purworejo. This research sample consists of 46 instructors taken from a saturated sample of the entire population. A questionnaire with a Likert scale was used to collect data for each variable. Analysis approaches include simple linear regression and multivariate linear regression. The result of this research shows that team learning has a positive effect on increasing innovative work behavior (ry1 = 0.595; r2y1 = 0.355), positive influence of  knowledge sharing and innovative work behavior  (ry2 = 0.636; r2y2 = 0.405), and a positive and very significant influence of the team learning and knowledge sharing and innovative work behavior (ry12 = 0.690; r2y12 = 0.476). This leads to the conclusion that team learning and knowledge sharing can increase innovative work behavior.
